I find this very exciting. Think for a moment how do you get junk mail? How do you get phone calls from people trying to sell you stuff? These businesses sell your information to other companies. Well it looks like the tables have turned.

Right to protest?

Not quite!

SAN FRANCISCO -- A decision by San Francisco Bay Area transit officials to cut off cell phone service at some of its stations to thwart a planned protest drew angry response Saturday from one transit board member who said she was shocked that officials acted as "this type of censor."

This is just plain sickening. This is just a new step in blocking public rights.

Wake the fuck up!

Where is Al Sharpton?

I often wonder where the so called Rev. Al Sharpton and posse is when shit like this happens. If it had been a white on black we would not hear the end of it. I can't wait till I get older and and people like the Rev. are dead and gone. By the way why didn't Rev. Al Sharpton apologies to those white boys who got acquitted for raping that lying woman who is now in prison for stabbing a man. It's people and orginazations like Rev. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the NAACP that are keeping this country from moving forward and truly being a color free country. If they truly believed in equality they would speak out against actions like this no matter the race.

Check the story.

Goths Prevail!

Wells Fargo is meeting today at noon with the Philadelphia homeowner who "foreclosed" on them, The Consumerist has exclusively learned. Patrick says he "received a call from upon high" late yesterday and that he now has an appointment, "with a very senior Wells Fargo person." It will be interesting to see how this plays out. But how did Patrick go from embattled and ignored homeowner to seated across the negotiating table with leverage? I spoke with him to find out more about both how and why he did what he did. His story is an inspiration to anyone whos dreamed of going toe-to-toe with the big banks and winning. Turns out that armed with persistence, and a little legal know-how, Davids can take down Goliaths.

The best!!! Score one for the little man and goths.

New ohGr Album

After forging a legendary career as the frontman for the seminal industrial pioneers Skinny Puppy, Ogre, a name synonymous with dark electronica, started his solo project in 2001 with collaborator / producer Mark Walk. Under the moniker ohGr, the duo has been creating a challenging, innovative, and ever-evolving brand of music. As with the three previous studio albums, Welt (2001), SunnyPsyOp (2003), and Devils in my Details (2008) the new album, Undeveloped once again find Ogre exploring varied sonic landscapes. Weaving his signature menacing vocals with haunting atmospherics, electronic modulations, guitar blasts, and addictive hooks, Undeveloped shows ohGr at its creative best. It could be due to his expanded creative outlets; Recently Ogre has been acting (appearing as Pavi Largo in the rock opera film Repo! The Genetic Opera, as well as Harper Alexander in Tim Sullivan's new comedy-horror film entitled 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams). It could be another high point in an already illustrious musical career. It could be another destructive outpouring of artistic beauty from brilliant madmen. WithUndeveloped, it is all these things, and more.

No more free speech

Good by freedom of speech the thought police are here.

I can't believe this crap is happening. People think its a good thing. We are now a country who prefers its personal security over individual rights.  Freedom of speech exists to protect those things you dont like or agree with. So, now if you don't toe the party line your freedoms are taken away from you. God help this country.
